There are 2 different sets of dogs with noise phobia: the dogs that destroy things and show classic signs of panic attacks, and the dogs that withdraw, hide, and tremble. But the set of dogs who withdraw tend to not be recognized with noise phobia, and, in turn, tend to not get proper diagnosis and treatment.
