Fear Free Will Change the Way Veterinarians Treat Cats

Lisa Radosta, DVM, DACVB, owner of Florida Veterinary Behavior Service, says that the Fear Free movement will have a huge effect on cats. Currently, cats are much less likely than dogs to be brought into a veterinary practice.  

Fear Free directly addresses pet owners’ perceptions of the stress their cats suffer from going to the veterinarian, as well as their own personal stress levels.
